The Fort McMurray LGBTQmunity will be holding a series of free hour-long workshops on gender & sexual orientation in partnership with HIV North Society on August 16th & 18th, geared towards enhancing understanding of LGBTQ issues for the general public.
The goal of QUEEROLOGY 101 is to increase the public's understanding of what it means to identify as LGBTQ as well as some of the issues people identifying as LGBTQ commonly face. It is our hope that the more people know, the greater power they will have to challenge ignorance and help Fort McMurray continue to grow as an inclusive community.Session 1
