A Janvier man will spend the next 120 days behind bars.
40-year old David Cardinal plead guilty to two charges of failure to comply with conditions relating to a domestic violence charge.
Cardinal had been released on cash bail in June with strict conditions.
He breached those conditions twice in late August by contacting the victim and was arrested.
Cardinal was sentenced yesterday.
