Advanced polls open for second ballot in PC leadership race
Advanced polls open today for the second ballot in the Alberta Progressive Conservative leadership race.

Card-carrying Tories can vote at the Merit Hotel on Franklin Avenue between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. today.

Gary Mar is considered the front-runner in the race to replace Premier Ed Stelmach, while Doug Horner and Alison Redford also remain in contention.

A new leader will be chosen October 1st.
