At the Catholic School Board meeting last night, the board announced they're expecting about a $900,000 deficit for this school year.
It's an accumulation of the $200,000 dollar deficit from last year and this year's added $680,000 reduction to spending.
Board members discussed ways to accommodate the shortfall without affecting the classrooms.
But Superintendent Kim Jenkins says it may not be possible if future reductions occur.
Also announced, was the Holy Trinity High Catholic School Official Ground Breaking set for October 26.
