Dunvegan Gardens in court today

After being charged in November, the owner of Dunvegan Gardens will make his first court appearance today.
Alberta Environment laid charges against Bradley Vere Friesen and his company for allegedly diverting water without a licence.
The charges were filed under the Water Act, and relate to unlicensed water withdrawls from the Clearwater River in 2007 and 2008.
