A celebration of local arts and heritage has received help from the federal government.
Fort McMurray-Athabasca MP Brian Jean announced today that the federal government is providing over $44,000 for WinterPlay, scheduled to start February 25th.
The 3rd Annual WinterPLAY Carnival will feature local artists in music, theatre, heritage performances and ice sculpting.
