Apparently Albertans just aren't getting the message about drunk driving.
New StatsCan numbers how our province saw an increase of 19-percent in impaired driving charges last year, when compared to 2006.
Overall in the country, the crime rate itself dropped by 7-percent, which continues a downward trend that started in 1991.
Our province had the 4th highest crime rate, Saskatchewan was 1st, while Ontario was last.
