It's back to the drawing board in the case of Wade Janvier.
The Janvier man is accused of killing Trent Jason Oss back in 2005 in a brawl including 3 other men.
Court ruled that Jurors weren't properly guided regarding the proper use of evidence from witnesses who changed their stories on the stand when under oath.
No new trial date has been set.
