A Fort McMurray man charged with sexual assault in 2007 has found himself back in police custody.
Fort McMurray RCMP have charged 43-year old Percy Lemaigre, also known as Percy Dene-Gunn  with one count of counseling to commit murder and obstructing justice.
That's on top of his 13 offences from a sexual assault in 2007.
Recent investigations led police to believe Lemaigre may have been planning to contract a hitman to dispose of the victim of the sexual assault.
Lemaigre was released on $10,000 and was under strict conditions since March of 2007.
He's now back in police custody and will appear in a Fort McMurray courtroom on November 24.
