A local man accused of murdering a 49-year old Fort McMurray woman will appear in court for the first time today.

Police discovered the female inside her Thickwood home Thursday morning.

An autopsy was scheduled for Friday, but police tells Fort McMurray News, the results have yet to be finalized.

55-year old Dale Davidson is charged with first-degree murder.

The victim's name has not been released.

I sure hope that the SOB gets what he desserves and more!!! Nothing but the death sentence will be enough for that poor excuse of a human.

I am Corys mom Jackie and i wanted to check and see if this has hit the news...but of course not! shame on our system thats all i have to say...One day Ketch will have to answer to a higher power than the canadian justice system!
