The province is launching an online tool, aimed at helping wary workers keep tabs on their employers history.
The government announced their new web site this week, which lists nearly 1,700 employers who've failed to pay employees properly.
The databank holds a combined 3,500 unsatisfied claims for earnings totaling over $14 million, some dating back more than a decade.
Operators can also get some advice from the online initiative, which allows employers to sign up for free local seminars on employment standards.
