More than 250 tickets were issued on local highways during the middle of last week.
The Boyle RCMP detachment conducted a three day traffic initiative cut down on dangerous driving.
About 400 vehicles were stopped during the three day period, and one 46 year old driver was stopped twice in three days, and was found impaired both times.
He was remainded into custody and will appear in court.
