210 tickets were handed out by Fort McMurray RCMP, Alberta Sheriffs and local Peace Officers during a two day crack down on speeding this week.
The joint force operation was part of a province wide speed enforcement campaign.
Constable Leigh Drinkwater says the better weather seems to bring out bad driving habits and more speeders.
The top speed recorded was a motorcyclist who was clocked at 171 kilometres an hour in a 70 zone on Highway 63.
The 24 year old driver was charged with dangerous driving and will appear in court in May.
