RCMP search for missing woman

Wood Buffalo are searching for a 26-year old woman reported missing from the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre.

The woman, who was under psychiatric care, left on her own accord without being discharged around noon today.

She has been spotted a few times around Hardin Street this afternoon.

She was last seen wearing a long-sleeved purple/grey/black shirt, dark pants and had her dark hair tied back.

Police are seeking assistance from the public in locating her as there are concerns for her safety.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 780-788-4000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Translation: Involuntary psyc patient wanders away from hospital. Good job AHS! I hope you are held responsible if something happens to her.
