It was like Radar Alley going down to Edmonton on Monday... constant speed traps... every person that passed me got pulled over...

Radar detectors are fun when you aren't speeding.. :D

Got stopped coming in from the airport...there was one stopping folks on both sides of the highway... they changed to speed limit along the highway - 50km & 70km then 100km after the airport turn-off

they are out there & I guess if we don't speed we won't get a ticket hahahaha drive safe & slow down :)

That's why I hate when they say speed kills and we are doing this speed traps to save lives. Police seems to be doing it as money generator.
The road to the airport can have a safe 100km/h limit especially if they finish widening it.

I've also noticed that on Franklin southbound at Hospital street they moved the 30km/h speed sign just before the intersection so that when you pass Hospital you can get a photo radar ticket if you are going 50.
The sign used to be closer to the school before.

Actually Betsy... I believe the one at the hospital has been changed because there is no longer a crossing guard for the kids (by Willow Square) - encouraging people to be more aware. Still alot of people do not respect the school zones & of course Franklin Ave & Hospital St are the worst.
