Update: RCMP Continuing To Search For Wyatt Marten

Wood Buffalo RCMP are continuing to look for a missing 27-year-old man.

Wyatt Marten was last seen around 8:30 a.m. on March 12 in the Timberlea area.

He's described as Aboriginal, 6'2, 350 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing a black jacket, possibly brown toned pants, and size 11 or 12 shoes without socks.

Over the last couple of days, General Investigation members, Police Dog Services, and Fort McMurray Search and Rescue have been through many areas after receiving multiple tips from the public.

This includes the Birchwood Trails, Timberlea, and downtown.

Meanwhile, the family is also taking it upon themselves to search the community for Wyatt.

On Tuesday, around 15 volunteers searched Birchwood, Abraham Landing, Tower Road, the hospital, and Stone Creek.

Anyone who sees Wyatt is being encouraged to avoid him and contact police immediately.
