Will we need another major accident on 63 to get twinned?

I welcome the increased passing lanes, but it would be nice to have a firm commitment from the government about when the highway will be twinned.
Given how long they took with the current work it could take 50 years to get the highway twinned.
Can we do anything to force Alberta government to actually take this seriously and prioritize this life saving project?
