Would Fort McMurray be able to support a WHL team? The population is adequate to support a team, and there is little competition, aside from the AJHL. What do you think?

MacDonald Island Park opened its first series of community engagement sessions for a proposed recreation centre in Thickwood-Timberlea on Wednesday afternoon at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre.

The remaining community engagement schedule for this first set of sessions is as follows:

Hey! I'm new to town, and I'm wondering if anyone is interested in paintball and anything you'd like to share about it!

(Places to play, Teams/groups, Places to buy gear, Co2 and HPA fills?)

Trying to find out if there is interest in starting a competitve cycling club in Fort McMurray. I am new to the sport but like the idea of having races to train for as motivation. The club would be open to all ages and skill levels. Would like to see Fort McMurray send our young athletes to the Alberta Summer Games. Currently the Games have three cycling events; BMX, mountain biking, and road races.
