201 Abasand (Wildwood Estates), good or no good?

I am considering moving to an apartment at 201 Abasand. I've been to visit, it's an older building (though not entirely run down), and seems quiet enough. Has anyone lived there or spent enough time there to know if there is anything negative about this building? It seems like a good deal, but I'd like to know if anyone has some insight. Thanks!

Lived there for a year a few years ago, i had no problem and there was a decent amount of space for an apartment. As a renter I would live there again but if I was to purchase I wouldn't invest in it.

bonus - it is walking distance to Brewbakers which has live music on the weekends and cheap wings on Wednesdays

I've been around that area and it was quiet. Nice trails in behind there too. Do you have a car? There is no grocery store in Abasand.
