Prices in BC are starting to drop, can it happen in FMM?

Unsold listings in Vancouver are growing quickly now at over 18k. It will take about 3 month to sell these houses if no new listings will show up. (Source: http://whispersfromtheedgeoftherainforest.blogspot.ca/)
The prices are coming down too, especially on resort properties and high end houses in and around Vancouver. I like getting some popcorn and reading this blog http://vancouverpricedrop.wordpress.com/.

While salaries here are higher than in BC, I am seeing small price drops here too. Do you think there is correction coming to Canada's housing market and especially Fort McMurray?

it sure can, if more people were to use comfree sales tools,

Iv'e bought and sold homes without realtors, so its no magic that this adds considerably to the resale costs which the buyer has to swallow, and the cut from the sellers profit,
So take that $35K from a 700K house, I'd say yep house prices can drop..

which real estate agent will agreee with me? none, they didnt get my comissions...
